Background
With a strong foundation in capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and participatory facilitation, Noah specialises in empowering individuals, groups, and organisations to lead meaningful change. Holding a Master’s in Sociology and a Bachelor’s in Management, he brings both analytical insight and practical experience to his work. Over the years, Noah had the privilege of working alongside diverse communities across the U.S. and Europe—supporting processes of community building, education, and collective action.
impact
Noah had the privilege of both rigorous academic training in sociology and over a decade of hands-on experience in the field. Working across diverse regions and contexts, he has learned through action at the grassroots level of community building. This journey has kindled in him a deep love for humanity and a lasting commitment to service.
Whether supporting refugee youth, collaborating with local populations, or accompanying adult learners through distance-based education, he has seen that real transformation occurs when principles are translated into practical action. This belief continues to guide my work in fostering inclusive, participatory, and principle-based action within development.
