ForumCiv defends democracy and human rights supporting civil society globally. In one of many assignments for ForumCiv's Eastern Europe hub, the PIL team including Ieva Giedraitytė, Ksenija Paksina with support from Anne Garbutt, conducted an evaluation of the Belarus Grants Management Programme (BGMP). Financed by SIDA, ForumCiv Eastern Europe Hub implemented its civil society strengthening programme in Belarus from 2013 to 2021. The PIL team applied Outcome Harvesting in a series of interviews with supported activists and organisations to assess expected and unexpected outcomes to supported activists and organisations during the programme period.
