Media Education and Research Centre Meno Avilys since 2005 has been working with film and audovisual media, fostering media education, access to and production of independent film culture, preserving audiovisual heritage and promoting gender equality in the film idustry through research and advocacy. In 2021, PIL's Elma Paulauskaite and Ieva Giedraityte supported the NGO in developing its 4-year annual report with a focus on impact. At the end of a participatory process of designing what to collect and how to gauge their own impact, we prepared a guide for Meno Avilys to gather data and monitor their activities and impact in an ongoing fashion.
