Mental Health Perspectives is a non-governmental organisation working in the fields of mental health and human rights. Financed by the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR), the organisation implemented a project centred around capacity building of Belarus civil society organisations on disability rights, De-I advocacy; a small grants sub-granting programme; establishment and coordination of a Coalition of civil society organisations for De-I; as well as research and outreach on De-I. The PIL team including Ieva GiedraitytÄ—, Elma PaulauskaitÄ— and Ksenija Paksina conducted an endline evaluation of the project to assess the effectiveness, relevance and impact of the project. The methodology drew on desk research, interviews and focus groups, and direct observation of intervention outreach.
