Financed by the European Commission Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers, the Lithuanian Office of the Equal Opportunities Ombudsperson led a consortium of NGOs and communication partners, the project aimed at overcoming policy, work-related, psychological, emotional, social and attitudinal behavioral barriers to an equal share i the work-life balance for women and men. The PIL team conducted a qualitative evaluation, mixing desk review, interviews, focus groups and direct observation of project activities, to evaluate performance against the OECD-DAC criteria and draw learning points for future programming.
