The Mobility Partnership Facility (MPF), launched in 2016, aimed to contribute to the operationalisation of the Global Approach to Migration and Mobility (GAMM) and strengthen the EU dialogue and cooperation on migration and mobility issues with its main partner countries in this area. Working in a consortium led by Blomeyer & Sanz and in cooperation with i-DEA Consult, the PIL team including Elma PaulauskaitÄ— and Ieva GiedraitytÄ— oversaw evaluation of two projects - Building capacity to deal with human trafficking and transit routes in Nigeria, Italy and Sweden (INSIGHT) and Support to the Development of the Concept of the National Migration Policy in Belarus. The evaluators in addition to producing evaluations at project, thematic cluster and horizontal levels, supported dissemination of the evaluation findings with high-level EU and third country stakeholders.
