Evaluation of National Observatory for Monitoring and Rapid identification of Human Trafficking Situation in Cabo Verde (OBSERVE-CV)
Funded by the United State Department of State’s (DoS) Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons (TIP Office) and implemented and coordinated by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD), OBSERVE CV is an initiative supporting the formal establishment and functioning National Observatory against trafficking in Cabo Verde. Blomeyer & Sanz and PIL were contracted to conduct a mid-term review half-way into the project, and a final evaluation upon its completion. The team applied a qualitative evaluation approach and used participatory engagement methods with project stakeholders to ensure both an appropriate design of the data collection, and finally validity of findings and learning points.
