PIL's experts Justina Žutautaitė, Nina Ždanovič and Gintaras Martinaitis completed the Evaluation of projects funded by the Active Citizens Fund (ACF) 2020-2024 in Lithuania related to migration and LGBTQ+ rights. The ACF programme has an objective of strengthening civil society and active citizenship and empowering vulnerable groups and specific impact area objectives, which include fostering citizen participation in public policy-making, strengthening civil society oversight of public authorities, improving the protection of human rights and empowering vulnerable groups. There is also a strong focus on capacity building in the civil society sector.
