Financed by the EU Asylum Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), STIRE was led by Sudwind and implemented by a consortium of seven partner organisations supporting integration of third county nationals in as many European countries through pre-departure and post-arrival support, capacity strengthening and facilitating cooperation and partnership between third country nationals and host communities. Informed by a review of relevant documentation; a broad-reaching interview program and Most Significant Change exercise with STIRE partners, service providers and refugees impacted by the project, the evaluation team assessed the project and its activities vis-a-vis the OECD DAC criteria and provided recommendations for the different stakeholder groups involved.
