Working with partners from the Netherlands and Ukraine, Mental Health Perspectives implemented a European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights - EIDHR-financed project to strengthen the role of Ukrainian civil society, and empower it to promote non-discrimination and human rights particularly through targeted capacity strengthening of civil society in two prinvices and nationally. The PIL team including Ieva Giedraitytė, Ksenija Paksina and Elma Paulauskaitė adopted a mixed methods approach to this evaluation, assessing the project performance vis-a-vis the OECD DAC evaluation criteria.
