Forum Civ defends democracy and human rights supporting civil society globally. The PIL team including Andrius Tursa and Marta Čubajevaitė evaluated the program: Support to democracy deelopment in Belarus 2013-2016. The programme aimed to equip Belarusian civil society actors with new methodologies and democratic capacities. The evaluation team assessed the effectiveness of the programme, including its cost-efficiency, multiplier effects and causality that can be attributed to partners' work. The evaluation team provided insights and proposed recommendations to the approach, methodology and design of future programs for better support of civil society development in Belarus.
