In PIL's first assignment for ForumCiv's Eastern Europe Hub, Elma Paulauskaitė and Ieva Giedraitytė conducted an external evaluation of the programme: Support and networking of environmental civil society in Belarus 2013-2016. The programme's aim was to create/expand network of environmental CSO’s, initiatives and activists who are lobbying, advocating, initiating dialogue and influencing environmental issues/decisions/solutions at local, regional and national levels in Belarus. PIL assessed the effectiveness of the programme and considered its impact, internal coherence, relevance, as well as potential for sustainability of the impacts and replicability of the intervention model in other countries.
