Südwind is an international development agency. Financed by the Asylum Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), Südwind led a multistakeholder partner consortium of 15 local authorities and NGOs in seven countries in a project aimed to foster active participation of third country nationals in civil society and host country communities. The evaluators through a review of programmatic documents, interviews with all partners and beneficiaries in three partner countries, a participatory reconstruction of the project's Theory of Change, conducted a theory-based evaluation and validated findings through a participatory workshop.
