With financing from SIDA, Green Forum implemented the democracy support project in Georgia with the aim to strengthening the partner organisation's capacity to develop their membership base through inclusion and diversification as well as strengthening its ability to position citizens demands in politics. The PIL evaluation team including Ieva Giedraitytė, Elma Paulauskaite and Maia Giorbelidze assessed the extent to which the supported green organisation has been able to achieve outcomes at policy and practice levels. The evaluation was participatory in nature and included a reconstruction of the Theory of Change and validation of findings with key stakeholders.
