Green Forum, a political foundation supporting “sustainable democratic societies that lives and operates within the limits set by nature,” is receiving funding from SIDA and works with partners in Africa, Latin America and Eastern Europe. The PIL team including Elma Paulauskaitė, Ieva Giedraitytė, Melissa Miller and Lara Bezzina, supported a participatory design of a Theory of Change and reviewed application procedures to support Green Forum's strategic planning for its Strengthening Political Parties Pillar.
