Forum Civ defends democracy and human rights supporting civil society globally. In one of many PIL assignments for ForumCiv's Eastern Europe Hub, PIL's Elma Paulauskaite and Justina Žutautaitė supported the organisation's strategic development. We applied Human-Insight's Mission Driven Priorities approach, working with the core team in HQ and Vilnius office to identify the organisation's Critical Success Targets, each team member's Responsibility Areas and chart a priorities matrix for the short and medium-term. Through a series of working sessions live and virtually, we supported strategy development and planning to match with the organisation's strengths and mission.
