Digital Explorers II is one of three migration partnership projects spearheaded by OSMOS Global Partnerships and supported by the Migration Partnership Facility. The project powered a digital skills partnership benefiting young talents from Nigeria, Kenya and Armenia and host and academic institutions in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. PIL's Elma Paulauskaitė, Justina Žutautaitė partnering with Tandans' Oguzhan Akyildirim and Lusine Aleksandryan of the Local Democracy Agency in Armenia conducted a mid-term review of the project analysing progress made, factors supporting and hindering successful achievement of objectives to support the rest of the implementation period. The approach involved a desk review of project documents, interviews with stakeholders in all partner countries as well as a validation workshop to inform recommendations.
