Since 2016, the Migration Partnership Facility (MPF) strengthens dialogue and cooperation on migration and mobility issues between EU member states and partner countries. The evaluation, led by our partners Blomeyer & Sanz, will cover two funding periods (MPF III and MPF IV) from Jan 2020 to Dec 2027. This comprehensive evaluation is planned as a long-term process, with evaluators being engaged not only in the final stages of the initiative/ programme implementation but throughout its entire duration. It will involve a rigorous assessment of impact as well as contribution, exploring the complexity of factors affecting outcomes. To effectively inform migration policy and practice, the assignment will also involve the production of in-depth issue papers and a robust communication strategy. PIL is extensively involved in this three-year assignment, with Elma Paulauskaitė acting as the Project Director, focusing on integration across work packages, and Ieva Giedraitytė and Justina Žutautaitė acting as evaluators.
