Contracted by EASPD with financing from Spain's ONCE Foundation, the PIL team including Lara Bezzina, Fabio Belafatti and Elma Paulauskaitė developed a toolkit for disability service providers complete with tools, information and advice on what is needed (and why) to access InvestEU. The toolkit for EU's consolidated investment programme that was still under development at the time was informed by interviews with implementing partners and service providers who have benefitted from funding under the previously separate instruments. The toolkit underwent several rounds of validation, and includes recommendations for its very development.
